Household Services
Practical Support At Home
At Veteran Advocacy Australia, we understand that maintaining a household can sometimes become challenging, especially when dealing with the impacts of service, health conditions, or the general demands of life. Our Household Services are designed to provide practical, hands-on assistance to veterans, helping you maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-managed home environment.
We believe that a supportive home life is crucial for overall wellbeing. Whether you need an extra pair of hands for a short period or ongoing assistance with certain tasks, our aim is to alleviate some of the everyday pressures.
How Our Household Services Can Help You
Our team is ready to assist with a range of practical household tasks. While the specific services available may vary, we typically focus on providing support such as:
- General Home Upkeep: Assisting with tasks that keep your home running smoothly, like light cleaning, tidying, or organisation.
- Garden and Yard Maintenance: Helping with basic gardening, lawn mowing, or outdoor tidying to ensure your external environment is manageable and enjoyable.
- Minor Home Tasks: Providing help with small, everyday jobs around the house that you might find difficult to manage on your own.
- Support During Recovery or Transition: Offering an extra layer of practical support if you’re recovering from an illness or injury, or navigating a particularly busy or challenging period.

Important Information Regarding Veterans’ Home Care (VHC):
